Hourlane for teams

A shop, a workshop, a practice, a restaurant: the team manager subscribes once, invites each team member with a code, and everyone uses Hourlane in full. The team members pay nothing.

How it works

  1. Subscribe, then create your team in the app (Team 3: you + 2 people, temporarily free for subscribers) and name it.
  2. Invite each team member with a code or a link. They enter it in Hourlane > Join a team. Nothing to pay on their side.
  3. Share your planning calendar with them, and ask them to share theirs read only with you.
  4. Each team member's hours stay on their phone. You see what they share through their calendars, and you export a timesheet per team member.

For now the Team offer is free for subscribers and limited to 3 places: you + 2 people. Your team members pay nothing.

What the team service knows

A random identifier of each phone, the team identifier and the purchase information needed to check it. Never the hours, the names or the calendars. Hosted in the European Union.
